Families with Children
Our classes enrich the spiritual lives of children, youth, and families. We strive to help one another grow in spiritual practice, deepen understanding and respect for our religiously diverse world, and live UU principles in daily life. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so one of our greeters can welcome you and show you the classrooms. Each week, we welcome new families looking for a spiritual home. Worship with Children
Worship is an integral part of what we do as a spiritual community. Most Sundays, children in kindergarten and above attend the first 20 minutes of worship with their parents. We also offer several all-church, multigenerational services throughout the year, when young people attend the full service with their families.
Childcare
We provide childcare and our Chalice Children class for infants through preschoolers during every service except Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day. Our professional childcare provider works with a team of dedicated volunteers to provide a safe and nurturing experience for our youngest members.
Family Room Available
We welcome children in the Sanctuary at all services. If your child needs space for movement and talking, you are welcome to sit in the Narthex outside the Sanctuary, where you can see and hear the service. You can also hear the service in the nursery and in Classroom 3 at the end of the main hallway; ask any usher to guide you.
