Congregational Annual Meeting ~ May 22, 2022
Following worship on May 22, the Congregational Annual Meeting was held to vote on the nominated leadership slate and operating budget for the 2022-23 church year.

*Per our By-Laws (article V-2a): The right to vote at a business meeting of CCUU shall be reserved to those holding membership in CCUU for a minimum of 31 days; who have made a financial pledge to support CCUU in the current fiscal year; and, if a member for a year or more, have within the past 12 months made a contribution towards their pledge, or have been granted an exemption by the board. Congregational Annual Meeting ~ May 23, 2021
Our 2021 Congregational Annual Meeting was held online via Zoom on Sunday, May 23, immediately following the online worship service. The email with follow-up materials which was sent following the Annual Meeting can be viewed here.
Thank you to all who submitted ballots – online or via paper. Here are the voting results:
- 83 people viewed the Zoom Annual Meeting; 73 of those were eligible voting members (54 is quorum)
- 87 members voted (again, 54 is quorum)
- Approve the 2021-22 Leadership Slate? 87 yes, 0 no, 0 abstain
- Approve the 2021-22 Budget? 83 yes, 2 no, 2 abstain

Congregational Meeting ~ December 6, 2020
Following worship on Dec 6, we will hold a Congregational Meeting to vote* on the budget for the second half of this fiscal year and on a proposed by-law change. All congregation members should plan to attend!

Congregational Annual Meeting ~ May 31, 2020
Our 2020 Congregational Annual Meeting will be held online via Zoom on Sunday, May 31, immediately following the online worship service.
Because of the changes required to keep our congregation safe and to adhere to the Governor’s stay-at-home order, the meeting is being held a little later than usual.

Congregational Annual Meeting ~ May 19, 2019
Our 2019 Congregational Annual Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, May 19, immediately following the 10:00 worship service. Childcare and snacks (not lunch) will be provided.
The annual meeting is a gathering of the full congregation to learn about new initiatives and programs, to hear about upcoming plans, to vote on the budget for the upcoming fiscal year, and to meet & vote on the slate of candidates for the Board and other positions. This year, we will also be voting on two changes to our By-Laws.
You are welcome and invited to attend whether you are a voting member*, a friend, or simply learning more about Countryside Church Unitarian Universalist. It is a chance to witness our 5th Principle (the right of conscience and the use of the democratic process) in action!
Our first Aspiration of Membership is Attend Sunday services and congregational meetings – in other words, to be an active part of our religious community. Please plan to attend this key meeting; it is your presence that makes Countryside Church Unitarian Universalist (CCUU) the vibrant congregation that it is!
