One of the most important things individuals can do to have an impact on climate change is to shift to a plant-based diet. But it’s a hard change to make. Eating is profoundly personal and cultural. Start slow. Try having Meatless Mondays – look for recipes on Experiment with different recipes until you find one you like. Then slowly expand to more meatless days.
