Mindfulness and Meditation Mini-Retreat

Last spring’s Journeys Adult Faith Development Retreat was on Mindfulness and Meditation. Did you miss it? or perhaps, you went and enjoyed it and would like more? or do you just want to learn more about mindfulness and meditation? Join us in Atherton Hall for a day-long retreat. Bring a dish to share for lunch and an open mind. The tentative schedule is listed below – come for a session or come for the full day!

9:00 am-10:30 am – Yoga

10:30 am-11:30 am – Mindful Communication

11:30 am-12:30 pm – Potluck Lunch; bring a dish to share

12:30 pm-2:00pm – Tai Chi

2:00 pm-3:30 pm – Mindfulness and Meditation

3:30 pm-5:30 pm – Yoga and Gong Bath
